Since everything is baked fresh overnight, we can provide same-day pickup orders only if the requested cupcakes are in stock in the stores. You can reach the stores by phone to reserve the desired products for the same day.

We deliver your order ourselves - to your home, office or other desired location - in our specially equipped and refrigerated vans. This way we are sure you can enjoy our quality.
To obtain the correct delivery cost, we advise you to enter your order in our webshop. That way, the correct delivery cost will be calculated for you based on your zip code. If you want multiple delivery addresses, please contact us via the contact form.
Everything is packed in our own Momade packaging. We have different sizes so that the products are firmly packed and can be easily transported. We provide individual packing up to 5 products free of charge, from 5 products onwards we can pack them individually at an additional cost if required. Please contact us for this using the contact form.
We can package all products as a gift, please remember to include this with your order. If you would like to add a personal message to your order, please contact us via our contact form.
We rent out both large and small etagères. For this we ask a rental price of €15 for the small one and a deposit of €50. The large etagere has a rental price of €25 and a deposit of €100. You will get the deposit back if you return the etagere in the same condition.
With your online order, you can obtain an invoice at checkout. When ordering locally, ask our employee(s) for an invoice that will be delivered later via email after leaving your invoice information.
We do personalization in 2D (logo, name, photo, text...) and 3D (hand sculpted). All we need is your text or photo in Jpg file or Pdf file. For a personalized order, please contact us so we can get the desired result together.
Cupcakes are best stored for 3 to 4 days in a 7°C refrigerator. When consuming the cupcakes, remove them from the refrigerator half an hour in advance.Macaroons are best stored 7 to 8 days in a 4°C refrigerator.Patisserie is best stored for 2 to 3 days in a 4°C refrigerator.
